1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PurePaws, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of Service (Venue Disclosure)

PurePaws operates as a Tech-Enabled Venue only. We provide the infrastructure for Buyers and Breeders to connect and transact. PurePaws is not a “Pet Broker,” “Pet Dealer,” or “Agent.” We do not take legal possession of, or title to, any animal listed. The contract for sale is strictly between the Buyer and the Breeder.

3. Marketplace & Compliance Rules

No spam, scams, or misrepresentation of animal health or lineage.
Health Mandate: Breeders must upload a valid Veterinary Health Certificate issued within 30 days of transfer for all 2026 transactions.
USDA Compliance: Breeders must maintain and display valid licensure where required by the Animal Welfare Act.
PurePaws reserves the right to remove listings that fail our ethical or legal vetting standards.

4. Payments & Anti-Circumvention

To ensure the validity of health guarantees and fraud protection, all payments must be processed through the PurePaws secure checkout.

Anti-Circumvention: Users and Breeders are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting payments outside of the Platform for connections made via PurePaws. Attempting to “go offline” to avoid service fees may result in permanent account suspension and a recovery fee.

5. Disclaimer & Health Risk

PurePaws is provided “as is.” While we vet breeder documentation, we do not physically inspect animals. Buyers are responsible for reviewing health clearances and utilizing our in-platform dispute tools if an animal is found “unfit for sale” by a veterinarian within 14 days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

PurePaws is not responsible for the health, temperament, or genetic history of animals sold by third-party breeders. Liability for any breach of contract or animal health issue rests solely with the Seller.

Breeder Ethical & Compliance Standards

By submitting this application, you enter into a binding agreement with PurePaws.io to uphold the highest standards of animal welfare and marketplace integrity.

Verification & Accuracy

You confirm all provided data is true. PurePaws reserves the right to verify USDA licenses and state registrations.

2026 Health Mandate

You agree to upload a Veterinary Health Certificate for every animal sold through the platform, issued within 30 days of transfer.

Income Integrity (Anti-Circumvention)

To protect the venue's operation, you agree to complete all transactions initiated on PurePaws via our secure checkout. Taking clients 'offline' is a breach of contract.

We may reject or revoke your status at our sole discretion without prior notice.
You must notify PurePaws of any changes to your breeding facility location or ownership.
Failure to comply with state “Lemon Laws” results in immediate platform ban and forfeiture of pending payouts.
You grant PurePaws a non-exclusive license to display your listing photos for marketing the platform.
